We've had a few reports of difficulty resetting forgotten Summit City Bullets account passwords. 


Following are instructions for desktop computers. Scroll down for smart phone instructions.

To rest your account password, click the account login. On a computer this is the person icon at the top right of your screen. 


The Account Login page will open as shown below.


Click the blue "Forgotten Password" link just above the red LOGIN button. The Forgot Your Password? window will open as shown below. Enter the email address associated with your account and click the red CONTINUE button. A link to reset your account password will be sent to the email address you enter. Please be aware the email address you enter must be spelled exactly as it is in your account for this to work. If the address you enter is not associated with your account or is spelled differently than the address in your account, no reset email will be sent.


After you receive the reset password email message, click the link provided in the message. You will be taken to a web page where you can enter a new password. If the link doesn't automatically open a web page, copy and paste the entire link into your browser.

Follow the instructions on that page to reset your account password.

Smart phones are similar with slightly different graphics.


On a smart phone click the person icon next to the word LOGIN near the top left. The Returning Customer pop up window will open as shown below.
